All orders will be shipped by USPS Priority Mail (estimated 2-3 business days delivery time)
although delivery time is not guaranteed when using this service.
How to place an order:
Internet: All orders placed through our website will receive an order confirmation upon submission.
If you have questions, please call our Customer Service Center at (615) 631-9819 between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. CST Monday - Friday.
Fax: You may fax an order to us at 615-274-2716. Orders submitted by fax must be paid for by a credit card.
Mail: Customers, who wish to order by mail, can do so by sending your order (printed out) with payment
(money order) to: SugarGlidersRUs, PO box 395, Rockvale, TN 37153
We understand there may be times when an item you ordered needs to be returned. When that does happen, we want to make
it is as eas
y as possible for you. We only ask that you follow our guidelines when making a return. If you are not satisfied with a
product ordered from our web site, simply return it back to us, in new condition, in original package, within 30 days of order placement
for a replacement or refund. Please include a copy of your original invoice. Please note on the invoice what you are returning, the reason
for the return, and what you would like for us to do. (Sorry, this does not apply to opened food products, cages or pet carriers
unless they are damaged when you receive them, in which case we will replace them with the same item.) Damaged items must be
reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. If you are returning an item that was not damaged in shipping and requesting a refund,
you will be responsible for all shipping costs. Damaged items will be replaced at no charge, once we receive the damaged item back.
We do not issue refunds for items damaged in transit, we replace the damaged item (with the same item) at no charge.
1. No returns on opened products, cages or pet carriers
2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase
3. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us, along with the original
shipping charges, unless we shipped an incorrect or damaged item. Items damaged in transit will be replaced at no charge,
if you request a refund for an item damaged in transit, rather than a replacement of the same item, then you will be responsible
for both the shipping cost to you, and the shipping cost back to us.
