Simply remove the screw cap and fill with water. Replace the cap making sure the washer is in place and flip over. A few inital drops of water are normal while a vacuum forms. It’s designed with a unique drip-resistant, spring-loaded sipper that makes it easy for your pets to get all the water they need.
